At the heart of the XBirds community lies a revolutionary profit-sharing mechanism. It's not just about owning a stunning piece of digital art; it's about being part of a vibrant and dynamic ecosystem where rewards flow abundantly!

Senatus and Citizens

• Senatus: The esteemed assembly of noble leaders of the XBirds community.

  • A random snapshot will be taken each quarter to determine the members of the Senatus. Users who meet one of the 2 criteria will be named members of the Senatus:

    • Hold at least 1 Legendary XBird. (Please see Traits for the definition of Legendary XBirds)

    • Hold at least 42 XBirds (whale).

  • Membership in the Senate will be renewed before each profit sharing event.

• Citizens: All other XBirds holders.

Reveal Party Share

• Following the minting and reveal event, we will hold the first XBirds profit sharing initiative very soon!

• The prize pool will be funded by approximately 15% of all mint fees collected (see Fund distribution), and will be distributed as follows:

  • 30% will be evenly distributed among all members of the Senatus.

  • 70% will be allocated to Citizens through a special raffle campaign. The details will be announced later.

Quarterly Share

• Each quarter, 50% of the XBirds treasury income will be allocated for profit sharing. (See Fund distribution)

• The distribution of prize will follow a ratio of 30% for the Senatus and 70% for the Citizens.

• To ensure that profit sharing benefits active community members, users will be required to complete task campaigns to qualify for entry into the profit sharing program.
